Studies on 2-iodophenyl radicals: the decomposition of 2-iodophenylazotriphenylmethane

Abstract
The homolytic decomposition of 2-iodophenylazotriphenylmethane gives 2-iodophenyl radicals, but does not give detectable amounts of benzyne.
