Compatibility of cyclizine lactate solutions with chloride ion

Analytical Proceedings including Analytical Communications Pub Date: DOI: 10.1039/AI9943100157

Abstract

The compatibility of an anti-emetic with the chloride ion of an analgesic has been investigated by means of high-performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet–visible spectrophotometry. The solubility of the anti-emetic, cyclizine, has been shown to deviate from theoretical values as a result of supersaturation and the effect of counter ions.
