Abstract

A convenient method for the amination of Tr?ger's base halides has been developed via copper catalyzed coupling reactions. This reaction proceeds in moderate to good yields. The protocol has been utilized to produce two different classes of Tr?ger's base derivatives, one bearing identical substituents on both the aryl rings and the other featuring two different substituents on the aryl rings.
